🠈 Jordanelle Reservoir 🠊
Jordanelle is a reservoir in Wasatch County on the Provo River held back by an earthen dam. The dam is a few miles upstream from Heber.
Construction ran from June 27, 1987 to April 12, 1993. Jordanelle State Park opened on June 29, 1995.
The state park is a year round facility offering boating and fishing in the summer and cross country skiing in the winter months.
The watershed of the Upper Provo River is 339,833 acres. The average inflow of the lake is 199,300 acre/feet. The surface area of the lake is 3,300 acres. The Division of Wildlife Resources stocks the lake with trout and bass.
